Warren Creative Consulting, LLC is a for profit fee-based company that offers the comprehensive capabilities and deep industry knowledge necessary to help you solve the most complex Certification, Photography, or Technical Writing challenges of your business/organization.

The Owners

Tim has over 25 years of expertise in the area of Small Business Development including experience working as the Division Manager for MWSBE/ACDBE/DBE Certifications and local business designations for the City of Houston, Director of the City of Austin’s Small and Minority Business Resources Department and the DBE Liaison Officer for the City of Austin’s Aviation Department.  

 

Tim has knowledge of a variety of small business development procurement programs including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Minority & Women Business Enterprise, and Small Business Enterprise programs.

 

Tim's Education

 

Tim graduated with a BA in Business Administration and Mass Communications from Huston-Tillotson University, Austin, Texas.

 

Tim also has his MCA, Master Compliance Administrator and his American Contract Compliance Association (ACCA) certifications which are nationally recognized.

Rebakah has over 22 years of call center experience, 12 years of Human Resources Outsourcing expertise, more than 7 years of Merchant Processing experience, 5 + years of photography industry experience as an amateur photographer, over 3 years of technical writing experience and 5 years of Small Business Development working with my Business Partner, Tim Warren.

Rebakah graduated with an AA in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University, Schaumburg, IL.
